CI&T China Awarded 2017 Great Place to Work
It’s no easy feat to cultivate a great culture in a high performance organization. According to Great Place to Work, it takes the commitment of dedicated and motivated employees and leaders to achieve such a lofty goal. But at CI&T, we are up for the challenge and now we’re proud to announce that the Great Place to Work® Institute has named CI&T as one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For® in Greater China’ for the second year running.
This year, 145 companies from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan took part in the research and only 33 were shortlisted. The research focused on employees’ perspectives on leadership, organizational culture, and trust. The results shows that CI&T China employees feel a sense of pride towards their relationship with C&T.

An overwhelming majority of employees at the Region’s Best say they’re proud of their workplaces.
